Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags (if applicable) and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or final sale items.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges for clothing items, subject to availability.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
